This is the blog of "My Journey". I wish I knew all I know now when I was 30 years old. Things would have been so different. The reality is that every next moment is unknown and like everyone else I have had to figure it out as I went along. You can spend hours looking in the mirror. You will never be satisfied. Larger people wish to be smaller, and smaller people wish for that extra padding.
